Qubito is a software tool for administrative and operational management. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content and services are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Use Licenses

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software;
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Qubito and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
