Data Deletion Policy
What will be deleted:
Your user profile credentials, access tokens, notifications settings, and account personalization details will be purged permanently within 30 days.
What is retained:
Important: Health records, prescriptions, billing invoices, and clinical logs created on behalf of a clinic are medical documents. These are owned by the respective healthcare establishment and are legally retained in compliance with local Clinical Establishment Regulations and medical records retention acts.
